Quick Meal & Snack Ideas

Realizing that for many of us- including me, much of what we eat is not always a fully cooked meal.  In fact, most days for me, breakfast and lunch are either left overs, or quick food prep meal. Not to mention the nights where I just don't want to cook- and my first instinct is to order take out!

Given this, I wanted to share some ideas for quick nutritious meals of what I consider to be more food prep/assembly- then cooking, that can fuel the body throughout the day, and get you a great meal with little time, dishes or hassle.
