Buffalo Chicken Wrap

This recipe is super quick, easy and delicious! My family LOVES chicken wings, and this a great nutritional, low cholesterol option, that still satisfies that buffalo wing craving. Great option for a quick lunch or dinner, and all you need is a few simple ingredients, you likely already have in your fridge.

Buffalo Chicken Wraps:

The first step is to cook your chicken.

  • Cut chicken breast into tenders, and coat with Frank's hot sauce ( or your favorite buffalo sauce) in a bowl. For a twist you could also use bbq sauce, thai sweet chili sauce- lot's of options!

  • Heat a sauté pan on medium

  • Add the coated chicken to the pan, and cook until cooked through, flipping half way through ( 165 degrees).

  • While the chicken is cooking, prepare your toppings.

    • Lettuce- I used romaine, but any type would be work well

    • Cucumbers-diced

    • Tomato-diced

    • Avocado -cubed,or slices

    • Shredded Cheese

  • Once the chicken is cooked through, remove from pan and dice.

Now it is time to assemble the wrap. Using your favorite nutritional wrap or tortilla, add the chicken and your favorite toppings in a line down the center, and roll.

  • If you like, you can also add a bit of extra buffalo sauce, or a drizzle of ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Once rolled, cut in half and you are ready serve!
