Pico de Gallo

Easiest salsa to make, no cooking or blender needed, and so refreshing and flavorful! Serve with your favorite chips or add as a condiment to meals and salads.

Also- add a few spoonsful of pico de gallo to smashed avocado and you have some seriously yummy guacamole 🥑 (may need to add a bit of salt and lime)

  • Dice 5-6 tomatoes

  • Dice 1/2 onion (white or red works)

  • Chop 1/2 a bunch of cilantro

  • Dice 1-2 fresh jalapeños into small pieces (optional)

  • Mix all together in a bowl

  • Squeeze about 4 limes over top

  • Salt to taste- I like using sea salt for all salsas

  • Give it a final mix to incorporate the lime and salt fully. You are good to go! If not serving right away, cover and refrigerate.
