And the holiday baking is done!! This one is for my Muma who always hosted the most special Scandinavian Christmas Eve, filled with family traditions and food made with love. These amazing little cookie tarts have so many memories for me, and I thought about her all day baking them for the first time today ❤️.
I used the recipe below, and substituted AP flour for Almond Flour and Vegan Butter for butter- tastes amazing! Again, had to add some AP to get right texture- but we got there 😉.
Muma always served them with berries (she loved lingonberries) and whipped cream, which is how I will serve them tomorrow and add a pic!
